New Single-Session Format!

 

The Mindful Coping Workshop aims to increase awareness of our mind and body, gain understanding of our experiences, and help us move our lives in a more fulfilling direction. We will use experiential exercises, conceptual tools of mindfulness, and journaling throughout the session to help provide a variety of tools for you to cope with life stress.

These visually engaging bottles can assist with mindful attention practices, emotional regulation and a calming fidget.
