Declaring a major in Education & Learning
- Ƶ students declare majors by the end of sophomore year or at 45 earned credits
- Students interested in majoring in Education and Learning or obtaining a teaching license in addition to another major should contact Dr. Cristy Sellers, Undergraduate Chair of Education, to be assigned an advisor. Students should note if they are interested in the major plus a teaching license or only the major.
- Students interested in completing a preliminary license to teach in conjunction with their major must be able to complete all major and core coursework by the fall of their final year and make application to the Undergraduate Preliminary Licensure Program by February 1st of their sophomore year. Transfer students should contact Dr. Sellers immediately upon acceptance and paying their enrollment deposit.
