Join us through a journey of interactive activities during Black History Month! Each week a new crossword puzzle will be shared to deepen your understanding of Black history in fresh thoughtful ways.

You can expect to learn about foundational mindful practices, practice new exercises with support, and explore a variety of different coping strategies. You'll leave with actionable tips of coping, getting you ready to navigate this semester!

Youth aged 6-13 are invited to learn and play with female student-athletes at this FREE event in the Stoller Center. Come learn a new skill or play what you already love!
