HR would like to remind employees that you can update your preferred name in Paycom through Employee Self-Service (ESS). Your preferred name will appear in your profile and be visible to supervisors and HR in day-to-day system use, while your legal name will continue to be used for payroll, tax, and compliance purposes. If your legal name changes, please provide HR with your updated Social Security card so we can update our records.

Pacific's Finders Keepers Free Store will be open for shoppers through May 6 and accepting donations through May 22. The store will close over summer break and e-open again in time for Fall semester. We are a bit low on stock right now, so if you have any items you need to clean out of your house or office, now is a great time!

Four different specialty stoles available to any all undergraduate, graduate, or professional student who has applied for graduation, no club or organization membership required.

We're partnering with Give & Go in May to host donation stations across campus, but we encourage all students to start sorting and donating dorm room items ASAP!
