DMSc Course Dates:

Fall 2026: August 24, 2026 - December 19, 2026 (Orientation is on Saturday, August 22, 2026)

Spring 2027: January 4, 2027 - May 8, 2027 (Orientation is on Saturday, January 2, 2027)

Summer 2027: May 10, 2027 - August 21, 2027 (Orientation is on Saturday, May 8, 2027)

The following PA graduates are currently eligible for the DMSc program:

  • 2024 graduates - eligible until Fall 2026 (Fall 2026 semester - last application permitted)
  • 2025 graduates - eligible until Fall 2027 (Fall 2027 semester - last application permitted)
  • 2026 graduates - eligible until Fall 2028 (Fall 2028 semester - last application permitted)

Applicants for the DMSc degree must meet the following requirements. All admissions decisions are final. 
 

Transcripts

Applicants must provide official transcripts from each institution attended, including a final official transcript from the PA program. °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ applicants do not need to provide transcripts.

Resume

Submit a resume with contact information for two references from professional contacts.  

Online Application Fee & Deposit

All application fees are currently being waived; however, we do require students to confirm their intention to enroll with a non-refundable tuition deposit of $250.  This tuition deposit will go toward your tuition.

English Language Proficiency

A satisfactory command of the English language is required for admission to °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ, prior to admission. Please note that this requirement applies to all applicants if English is not their native language, including permanent residents and citizens. The following criteria demonstrate different methods to demonstrate English proficiency for this program.

  • Achieving the minimum required official score on the International Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. Test scores are valid for 2 years after the test date but will still be considered valid if the score exceeded the minimum requirement and you have maintained continuous residency in the United States since the exam date, OR
  • Completion of a bachelor's, master’s, doctorate, or professional degree at a US regionally accredited college or university.

International Students

At this time, we are unable to accept international students into our DMSc program.  

Technical Standards

Online learning requires only basic technical skills:

  • Competency with file management (for example, creating a folder on your desktop, moving files from one location to another, downloading materials from Moodle (Pacific’s Learning Management System) and saving them to your desktop, uploading assignments to Moodle in order to submit your assignments.
  • Creating and saving documents (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Copying and pasting text from a word processing program and pasting it into another program.
  • Internet navigation skills.
  • Updating your Internet browser.
  • The ability to independently troubleshoot common technical issues, including but not limited to: utilizing different web browsers, reloading webpages, clearing browser cookies and cache, and logging out and back in.
  • Downloading plug-ins from the Internet.
  • Sending and receiving email (once classes start, you will be required to communicate with the program faculty and staff using your Pacific student email account).

°ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ will provide reasonable accommodations to students with disabilities otherwise qualified to complete the essential functions of the curriculum. However, such essential functions must be completed by the student in a reasonably independent fashion.
