Q. What is your educational background?
I attended the University Of Arizona and graduated in May of 2025 with my Bachelors of Science in Physiology and Medical Sciences with a Minor in Public Health.
Q. What inspired you to pursue a career in pharmacy?
I've always had a love for healthcare and have always known I wanted to be in a career where I can help others. When I took my first pharmacology class in undergrad I fell in love and I knew from there.
Q. Why did you choose °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ School of Pharmacy?
I knew I wanted to move somewhere and when I came across the Pacific I loved the area and most importantly I loved the people. Everyone was so kind and I felt welcome in every room I walked into. I enjoy the fast paced 3-Year program where I can learn at a pace that I like!
Q. What has been your favorite experience so far as a pharmacy student?
My favorite experience so far has been meeting my friends in the program and how close we’ve gotten!
Q. What do you enjoy doing outside of pharmacy school?
I love to explore this new (so incredibly green) and beautiful state! I love to take drives to the coast, read a new exciting book, go to as many concerts as I can, spend time with my friends that I made in school and try new food and coffee in the Portland Metro area!
Q. What advice would you give to prospective or incoming pharmacy students?
The advice I would give to an incoming pharmacy student would be to really enjoy your time in school and branch out, meet new people! Really take advantage of the short time you have to make connections, It really does fly by so quick! Also don't forget to continue to still try to do things you enjoy, you can study hard while still doing the things you love!
Q. Looking ahead, what career goals or interests are you considering after graduation?
My goal is to do pediatric pharmacy! I love kids and I know I would love to work with them in this field even more!
