On Monday, November 3, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., we'll be hosting our annual in-person Career & Experiential Fair at the Wingspan Conference and Events Center in Hillsboro, Oregon. This is a great opportunity for our external constituents to advertise internships, as well as various Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPE) and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPE), residency, fellowships and even possible pharmacist positions. Lunch is provided and we offer private expo booths that vendors can reserve in order to have the ability to do 1:1 interviews. However, this is based on availability. For those that want to participate , but don't necessarily have the time or ability to make it to our face to face event, we also have our Virtual Career & Experiential Fair! This event is held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Pacific time via Zoom.
We offer free virtual booths and 1:1 interview Zoom breakout rooms. Though this event is virtual,
this is also a great opportunity for our external constituents to advertise internships, as well as various Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPE) and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPE), residency, fellowships and even possible pharmacist positions. We've made it a point to schedule this during lunch hours, so all of our students from across our three-year and five-year pathways can access this virtual fair. Just complete our by Wednesday, October 1 at 5 p.m. to register!
For those interested in learning about the success of both our In-Person and Virtual events, here are some interesting facts about last Year's Career & Experiential Fairs:
- 30 organizations participated in person at Wingspan Conference and Events Center
- 28 organizations participated virtually
- All of our cohorts were present at both events
- Participating organizations were advertising internships, pharmacist jobs, residency programs and/or just using the events as networking opportunities
