Licensed educators at every level are in demand. From aspiring teachers to seasoned staff, our program pairs expert mentorship with hands-on experience to help you create the inclusive, socially just classrooms young people need to succeed.

In addition to gaining a more robust skillset, licensed teachers earn more and have greater job security than those without licensure.

Your professional licensure — made possible by the Teacher Licensure Program at Pacific — also allows you to pursue advanced degree pathways in teaching, education and school administration. Power up your classroom with specializations in literacy, study curriculum design or get your master’s degree in education, all built off the foundation that comes from the combination of your previous experience and the training the Teacher Licensure Program alumni possess.
