Pacific Dining cooks from scratch using fresh, authentic ingredients. We do not use corporate recipes. We utilize fresh, local, seasonal produce and whole foods. We know which cooking techniques preserve flavor and nutrition to produce healthy, delicious dishes. We care about our guests and produce healthy food options.
Our Chefs can accommodate dietary restrictions including options for vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and non-gluten diets. Menu options for guests with medical dietary restrictions can be made with advance notice. The kitchen is also nut-free.
Washburne Hall (Forest Grove)
Washburne Hall also referred to as the University Center (UC) is conveniently located at the center of our beautiful campus. The UC has three dining venues and the kitchen that produces the catering and meals.

Cafe: During the academic year the Cafe can offer groups of any size all-u-care to eat meals for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner and during the summer months can accommodate groups sizes of 30 or larger.
Market: Offers sandwiches, salads, soup, sushi (academic year only), desserts, microwaveable items, a large variety of grab & go snack items and beverages and has a very inexpensive soft serve ice cream machine with toppings.
Boxer Brew: We brew local beans from , and our baristas are happy to make your speciality drink, as well as offer suggestions. We also offer a variety of other beverage/food items, including items like italian sodas, energy drinks, smoothies, yogurt parfaits, breakfast sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, pastry items and more.
Catering
±Ê²¹³¦¾±´Ú¾±³¦â€™s team can offer everything from meals packed to-go to fine dining service. The menu offerings are plentiful and the Catering Manager and Chef can partner with you to offer unique menu options featuring seasonal and local products. There are many options and flexibility to meet the needs of your group.
Creighton Hall (Hillsboro)
The Hillsboro Market located in Creighton Hall offers grab & go items that include yogurt parfaits, breakfast sandwiches, individual sized pizzas, salad bar, made to order sandwiches, pastry items, coffee, protein snacks and more. Catering options and boxed meals are available with advanced notice.
