We are excited to share that Angeleca Sackett came to Pacific in early May as our Catering Manager but after a search as far as the Rocky Mountain region, has been hired as our Dining General Manager! 

Originally from Utah, Angeleca has spent the past eight years in the university and fine dining industry, where she built a reputation for elevating service quality, enhancing the guest experience, and leading dynamic teams. She most recently served as Director of Catering at Southern Utah University before joining the Pacific Dining team.

Throughout her career, Angeleca has focused on creating inclusive, student-centered dining programs that not only provide exceptional food service but also foster community and connection on campus. Her leadership has emphasized accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across residential dining, catering, and retail operations.

In her new role, Angeleca will oversee all aspects of Pacific’s dining services, working to expand offerings, strengthen student engagement, and ensure that dining remains a vital part of the university experience.
