You may receive an email from Human Resources on September 2 to complete the Universal Pass Program Survey. This survey was created by TriMet to help is complete our required annual Eco Survey Reporting for the State of Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
What to do:
If you do not receive an email from Human Resources asking to complete a survey on September 2, this just means that you were not part of the random sample selection. There is nothing you need to do.
If you were part of the random sampling, you will receive an email on the morning of September 2 asking to complete the Universal Pass Program Survey. There will be instructions on how to login and complete. The survey is separated by the Forest Grove Campus and the Hillsboro Campus. You will need to login with the information reflecting the campus you work on.
The survey will be open from September 2 to September 9. It is very important that you complete this short survey so that we can complete our reporting to Oregon DEQ.
