Incoming students have the opportunity to join the Student Multicultural Center's Peer Mentorship Program where new students can gain support in their transition to Pacific. Benefits of the program include: 

• peer to peer relationship building and support from upper division students
• integrated academic support and social engagement activities/events
• cultural exploration and development (a key part of this program is to create space for students to explore and reflect on their cultural identity and how their lived experiences will contribute to their educational experience)
