Show Your Pacific Pride With A Custom Zoom Waiting Room

Did you know that you can brand your Zoom waiting room?

Zoom now allows you to upload a video or image that people will see while in your waiting room before a meeting!

Show off your Pacific pride with new branded resources for Zoom!

Start by downloading either this or this from the university’s digital asset management system on BrandFolder.

Then, sign into the Zoom web portal.

  1. In the left-hand menu, click “Settings.”
  2. Under the “Meeting” tab, scroll to “Security.”
  3. Turn on the waiting room, if it isn’t already enabled.
  4. Click “Customize Waiting Room.”
  5. In the customization window, under “Participants in Waiting Room Will See,” select either “Image” or “Video” and upload the appropriate file.

Note: Waiting room videos are automatically muted, but people in your waiting room can choose to enable sound. This brand video is appropriate to use either muted or with sound.
