As a friendly reminder, please remember to notify Mail Services whenever you transfer to a different department. You can do this by emailing or calling us with your updated department name and mailbox number.
It is very important that any mail or packages you receive are addressed with your correct department name and mailbox number.
This communication allows us to update our system promptly. Keeping our records accurate helps ensure that your mail and packages remain secure. This is always our top priority.
