Student registration holds & how to remove them:

Holds show up for both student and advisor in BoxerOnline.pacificu.edu > Student Planning > Go to plan and schedule.

Here’s how students can remove holds: If you have any questions contact your academic advisor or connect with a professional advisor in Academic and Career Advising - pacificu.edu/advising

Advising Hold:

• Only for undeclared students w/60+ credits. Submit a major declaration or contact ACA if an extension is warranted.

Health Hold:

• Get your MMR Vaccination Records from your doctor 
• Submit your documentation of vaccination records to the Health Center > UPLOAD DOCUMENTS. 

Business Hold:

• Contact the Business Office at studentaccounts@pacificu.edu or on the main floor of Marsh Hall to set up a payment plan or submit a payment to get your total balance below $2k to remove the business office hold.
