Paycom Launches IWant, It's First Command-Driven AI Engine

IWant is an AI engine that provides instant, accurate answers by pulling data from Paycom's single database. It guides users to the right location to make updates and lets them search via text or voice (on mobile) to get the data they need without having to navigate the software. IWant is available for both employees and clients.
To find IWant, you will login to your employee self service account and click on the IWant icon on the dashboard.
On the client side, the icon will be in the right-hand corner:
