Starting Sept. 1, °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ is pleased to introduce its new Ombuds Resource. This is a confidential, impartial service to support any employee through university-related concerns. Members of the independent ombuds team are available to listen to your concerns, help you explore options and resources, and coach you through effectively addressing those concerns, if you choose to do so. The team also can help facilitate informal conversations between individuals and small groups.
The ombuds resource does not replace formal administrative channels, but it provides help navigating those channels and other informal options for addressing concerns.
Open to any Pacific employee — including administrators, faculty and staff — the ombuds resource is available starting Sept. 1.
