New Paycom Update: Streamlined Time-Off Request Management for NON-EXEMPT employees

We are happy to share an update to Paycom to save time and streamline the time-off approval process.
Paycom will now automatically deny any time-off request that exceeds the non-exempt employee's current accrued hours. For example, if an employee requests 8 hours of vacation but only has 6 hours available, the system will automatically reject the request.
Please note that employees can still request future time off, as long as they are projected to have accrued the necessary hours by the date of the requested leave.
