Academic and Career Advising launched its new Undergraduate  for adding or dropping majors, minors, or specializations, as well as changing catalog year. It’s fully electronic and can be initiated by either a student or an advisor. Once filled out, the student will receive an email with a link to review and sign, then it will go to the requested advisor for approval and signature. 

The biggest change for students is the two-step process where they need to review and sign the declaration form once it has been filled out, so please help explain the process when you’re working with them to declare.
