Navigating Uncertainty: Tools for You

Body

We recognize that recent events locally and nationally, along with broader societal and global issues, may feel unsettling or overwhelming for some members of our community. During times of uncertainty, we want to remind employees that confidential support resources are available.

The University offers support through Canopy, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Canopy provides confidential assistance to help individuals navigate uncertainty, stress, and emotional challenges related to current events.
