Meet Your Staff Senators!
Hello, fellow Boxers! My name is Katy, an alumna of the class of 2015. I'm happy to serve for the first time as a Staff Senator this year, leading both the Welcoming Committee and the Boxer Buddy program.
In my personal time, I am an avid reader and writer, and enjoy my hobbies of embroidery and gardening. My husband and I reside in Cornelius with our two dogs. We welcomed our first child to our family this January 2026!
While I am out on leave, my dedicated colleague, Alycia Duran, will step in to serve as Staff Senator during my absence.
