Influenza Survey

The Student and Employee Health Center is collaborating with °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ’s Public Health Program on a research survey about influenza vaccination decisions, student housing, and illness experiences.
Currently enrolled undergraduate students who are 18 years or older are invited to participate.
Your participation may help inform future public health education, campus health services, student resources, and a senior capstone research project.
Participation is voluntary, and you may skip any question or exit the survey at any time.
