Catering Order Reminder for Campus Events
As you plan upcoming meetings, programs, and events, please remember that all catering requests must be submitted through , our official catering ordering system.
To ensure Pacific Dining can successfully support your event and meet quality and service standards, catering orders must be placed at least two (2) weeks prior to the event date for standard menu items and at least three (3) weeks prior to the event date for custom menu items. This timeline allows adequate planning for staffing, food sourcing, and preparation.
Please note:

Catering requests cannot be accepted via phone call or email
- If the date you desire to have catering is under the required number of weeks for advance notice, you will need to set-up a meeting with the Catering Manager to see if arrangements can be made to meet your catering needs. -
Orders submitted after the required lead time, it may not be able to be fulfilled

Orders are only considered confirmed once submitted through CaterTrax and acknowledged by Pacific Dining
