August 8 Commencement: Event Staff Needed
Commencement isn't possible without a great event staff team and we appreciate your interest in supporting the August 8 commencement ceremony where we will celebrate the accomplishments of the our graduates from the Schools of Audiology, Dental Health Science, Graduate Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physician Assistant/Associate Studies, and the PhD in Education & Leadership.
Over 30 Boxer volunteers are needed at commencement to greet and seat guests, assist with student line-up, drive golf carts, and perform countless other exciting tasks. The ceremony begins promptly at 9 a.m. and I am asking for event staff members to commit to 7 a.m. to around 1 p.m.
Sign up to work and early floating holiday hours (salary/exempt employees only) or hourly staff are paid for the hours worked, but please make arrangements with your supervisor in advance. Snacks and beverages will be provided in the event staff lounge.
