Commencement isn't possible without a great event staff team! We appreciate your interest in supporting the Saturday, August 8 commencement ceremony.

Over 30 Boxer volunteers are needed at commencement to greet and seat guests, assist with student line-up, drive golf carts, and perform countless other exciting tasks. The ceremony begins promptly at 9 a.m. and we are asking for event staff members to commit to 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Sign up to work and earn four floating holiday hours (salary/exempt employees only) or hourly staff are paid for the hours worked, but please make arrangements with your supervisor in advance. Snacks and beverages will be provided in the event staff lounge.
