Areas I Teach
Dr. Victoria Spence is an Assistant Professor at °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ College of Optometry. She completed her residency in Pediatric and Binocular Vision at the Michigan College of Optometry, where she gained experience in myopia control, strabismus, amblyopia, vision therapy, low vision, and neuro-rehabilitation. She also participates in clinical research with the Pediatric Eye Disease Investigator Group (PEDIG) and in myopia control, valuing the opportunity to contribute to evidence-based care. At PUCO, Dr. Spence is passionate about teaching and strives to connect classroom learning with clinical application. She looks forward to expanding her involvement in sports vision and visual performance and is pursuing fellowship with both the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO) and the Optometric Vision Development and Rehabilitation Association (FOVDRA). Outside of optometry, she enjoys biking, hiking, camping, and traveling with her dog, Mya.
