Heather serves as Associate Director of Development for Leadership Giving at °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ, where she partners with alumni, parents, and friends of the university to support the students, programs, and experiences that make Pacific so meaningful.
Before joining university advancement, Heather served in a variety of K–12 education leadership roles, bringing a deep commitment to access, belonging, and student success. She holds both a PhD in Education and Leadership and an MBA from °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ and is proud to be part of the Boxer community both professionally and personally, including as a former Boxer parent.
Heather approaches her work with the belief that philanthropy is rooted in relationships, shared purpose, and creating opportunities that last well beyond the moment.
She welcomes conversations with alumni, parents, and friends who are interested in supporting scholarships, student experiences, and other meaningful opportunities that help Pacific students thrive for generations to come.
