Emily is a first-year student from Tualatin, Oregon, and is planning to major in Business Administration with hopes of finding a concentration. She is a part of the women's basketball team and loves working out and running. She currently works for the Biking/Public Transportation Team and the Plant Power, and wants more people to be aware of the benefits of sustainability and plant-powered food. Outside of CSS, she spends her free time working out, reading, spending time with friends, and going to church.
