Ana Ruiz Morillo, B.Ed., MBA, Certified Mediator  Ana Ruiz Morillo is a bilingual, bicultural educator, facilitator, and community leader with more than twenty years of experience in education, nonprofits, and public health. She serves as adjunct faculty at °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµâ€™s School of Social Work in Forest Grove, Oregon, where she teaches Latino Family and Culture in the Master of Social Work program and Managing People in the Master of Nonprofit Leadership program.

Ana is a bilingual, bicultural educator with over twenty years of experience in training and community engagement in education and public health. Ana teaches the Latino Family and Culture course at the °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµâ€™s MSW Program. She is the founder and Director of Training To Impact LLC, where she works closely with diverse and underrepresented communities in Oregon, the United States, and the Dominican Republic, placing antiracist practices and equity, diversity, and inclusion at the core of her work.
